Now in America, the ruling progressive Democrats and the opposing Republicans are fighting a cultural war. At the same time, in Israel, the elected majority of the Right coalition Likud government is fighting a cultural war with the progressive-Left opposition (similar to the U.S. progressive Democrats).
These two cultural wars are traditional Left-Right conflicts in many ways. The Left traditionally wants more government control in conjunction with large corporations, and the Right traditionally wants more power in the hands of individuals, small businesses, and smaller corporations.
The Right and Left differences have grown tremendously over the past ten years. Why?
We at Save The West have identified eight main reasons:
1)The size of the U.S. Federal government has grown tremendously over the past three decades, making vast amounts of monies available to whoever controls the government.
2)These enormous amounts of money, aided by comparable borrowing capacity, allow governments to provide extra benefits to selected special interest groups, buying their allegiance as voting blocks.
3)In the U.S., as in Israel, the Left better uses new technologies to facilitate their rise to power.
4)These new technologies control most of the legacy and social media and are effectively used to influence the public and advance their progressive Left ideology.
5)These new technologies are also used to suppress the opposition’s freedom of speech, partially silencing their voices and slandering opponents with falsehoods, confusing and twisting the public’s opinion.
6)The Left in Israel and the U.S. corrupted and weaponized the Justice Departments to “legally” attack their opponents with false charges requiring vast amounts of time and money in self-defense, weakening the public’s trust in the legal system.
7)Foreign governments often interfere in the internal affairs of democracies in ways that are not obvious to the average voters. The infamous Soviet KGB (“Committee for State Security”), now known as FSB (“Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation”), has been using “active measures” to undermine American society for the last 90 years. And in the past two decades, they were joined by the Chinese and the Muslim Brotherhood (mainly Qatar, Turkey).
8)The progressive Left actively seeks to undermine the cultural pillars of the society, such as history, family, gender identity, faith, and G-d. It has corrupted the language to reverse reality and bullies the citizens into accepting nonsensical destructive ideas. The progressive Left leadership employ’s Antisemitic and anti-Christian slogans and policies. Law and order are rejected in favor of deviant and criminal behavior, which are tolerated and often rewarded, creating chaos, confusion, and fear.
America’s progressive Left Presidents Obama and Biden have increased their meddling in Israeli domestic affairs, encouraging chaos and jeopardizing the country’s national security, while also damaging U.S. interests in the region.
The forces of the progressive Left are trying to undermine democracies. Like dictatorships, they play offense 100% of the time and never compromise. Alas, democracies play defense 100% of the time and always compromise. But the progressive Left, like dictatorships have their vulnerabilities; they are corrupt and represent only about 10% of the population. Democracies represent the 90% of people who are not corrupt but make critical decisions only in times of crisis.
NOW, that the U.S. and Israel’s democracies is a crisis, “We, The People” must speak-up, and get-up to vote out the progressive Left and its dictatorial elements in our societies.
