At 3:27am on January 21, 2018, the NY Post reported the following:
Protester punches, chokes alt-right party attendee: cops, by Alex Taylor, NY Post, January 21, 2018. Excerpt:
A supporter of President Trump who had attended an alt-right Manhattan celebration of the anniversary of the inauguration was attacked by a protester Saturday night, police said.
Several hundred people had bought tickets for the gathering at a nightclub at West 50th Street and 12th Avenue — which featured right-winger Mike Cernovich and which was, oddly, crashed by transgender Wiki-leaker Chelsea Manning. […]
About 80 anti-Trump protesters marched outside. A contingent of some 60 cops set up barriers between the two groups.
When the event broke up, a protester followed a Trump supporter, punching and choking him a block away, police said.
The victim, 56, was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
Then, at 4:29pm on January 21, the NY Post published this follow-up story:
Protester charged in Trump supporter attack tried to put cop in headlock, by Stephanie Pagones, NY Post, January 21, 2018. Excerpt:
The protester accused of choking a Trump supporter late Saturday outside a Manhattan nightclub also tried to put an arresting NYPD officer in a headlock, authorities said.
David Campbell was slapped with charges Sunday for the alleged beat-down of the unnamed 56-year-old after the man left an event headlined by alt-right personality Mike Cernovich.
The 30-year-old peeled off from a group of about 80 rallying after spotting the man, cops said, and followed him as he left FREQ nightclub in Hell’s Kitchen, which was hosting ticketed event “A Night For Freedom.”
Campbell allegedly jumped the Trump supporter once they were a block away, punching him and choking him so aggressively that he was not breathing and had a faint pulse. […]
Campbell, who was also carrying a can of Mace, was charged with strangulation, multiple counts of assault, resisting arrest, loitering, criminal possession of a weapon, and obstruction of government administration, police said.
He was also booked on charges of attempted assault and attempted criminal obstruction of breathing after he tried to put an officer in a headlock, authorities said.
The cop was treated for his injuries at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center.
This video emerged soon after the assaults, and Campbell’s arrest:

Antifa member says group will quash white supremacists ‘by any means necessary’, by Lukas Mikelionis, Fox News, January 23, 2018. Excerpt:
Oregon anti-fascists say they have gone as far as memorizing a resident’s dog-walking route in their mission to protect a community from a “dangerous person who lives with them.”
The claim was made by a member of the Portland-based Direct Action Alliance to a Sky News reporter that spent time with the group. The reporter was with members while they posted flyers in a neighborhood to identify an alleged white supremacist who lives in the area.
“That’s what this is, is letting the community know that there’s a dangerous person who lives with them and so they can take the proper precautions to protect themselves,” said a member who went by the name of Jacob. […]
Another told the reporter the group will do whatever it takes to get rid of white supremacists.
“We can’t give fascists an inch or they will take a mile, we’ve seen that before in Europe,” the Antifa member said, “they have to be quashed when they are small and by any means necessary.”
A member of the Rose City Antifa group, named Lucy, told Sky News that they often spend time tracking down alleged white supremacists online. “I think they get much more scared when we know their names, when we know their addresses, where they work, that certainly makes them more afraid,” she said. “When we release someone’s place of work, our hope is to get them fired. […]
But despite trying to oust people online, the members themselves don’t want to be known.
“We cover our face because many people on the far right dox us; they take our photos, they post it online, they find our home addresses and cell phone numbers, they send us death threats, they attempt physical violence against us, if they don’t know who we are we’re safe, essentially, it is self-protection,” said another Antifa protester, identified by Sky News as Isaiah.
Sky News (UK) posted this video of some of its interactions with these ANTIFA terrorists:

(1.21) February 2018, Seattle, WA: Radical leftists violently assaulted a group of College Republicans at the University of Washington, because they held a school-sanctioned rally; HuffPost, however, explicitly implied in its “story” headline that the Republican students caused the violence — even though it knew the truth — and buried the story away from its front page
From Fox News and the Seattle Times:
College Republicans’ Patriot Prayer rally disrupted by counter-protesters, by Bradford Betz, Fox News, February 11, 2018. Excerpt:
Five people were arrested as fights broke out and at least one American flag was burned Saturday after a college Republican rally in Seattle drew counter-protesters.
College Republicans at the University of Washington had invited members of Patriot Prayer, a group in Vancouver, Wash., to speak in the university’s Red Square for a “freedom rally,” the Seattle Times reported.
The goals were to bring conservatives together and promote free-speech rights, College Republicans President Chevy Swanson told the Times. As the event got underway, supporters chanted “U-S-A!, U-S-A!,” and signs included one that read, “We died for liberty not socialism.”
But more than 1,000 counter-protesters showed up to oppose the event.
“I learned that they thought my vote was a hate crime,” Kathryn Townsend, who said she voted for Donald Trump in 2016, told Seattle’s Q13 Fox.
“We’re here to fight back against the far right and fascism on our campus,” one counter-protester said.
Some counter-protesters voiced their goals.
“We’re here to fight back against the far right and fascism on our campus,” one counter-protester said.
Added another: “I’m not a fan of the president, and these people are fans. So I want to come out here and say this is not OK. And what you’re doing is not OK.”
After several skirmishes broke out, police responded with pepper spray. University of Washington police said those arrested were charged with disorderly conduct.
HuffPost’s search engine proves it downplayed, and whitewashed this story
A February 11, 2018 search using the string “University of Washington College Republicans” returned one result — that showed HuffPost whitewashed the story, and implied that it was the College Republicans, not the radical leftists, who caused the violence:
Clicking on that headline brought the reader to this page:
Police Move In As Clashes Erupt At Right-Wing Rally At University Of Washington; 5 arrested at “Patriot Prayer” gathering in Seattle arranged by the College Republicans, by Mary Papenfuss, Huffington Post, February 11, 2018. Excerpt:
Five people were arrested Saturday when counterprotesters clashed with members and supporters of a controversial right-wing “Patriot Prayer” group at the University of Washington campus in Seattle.
The group was invited by the school’s College Republicans to lead what was touted as a “Freedom Rally.” While the Prayer group chanted, “We died for liberty, not for socialism,” some of the hundreds of counterprotesters, who dwarfed the number of those at the rally, chanted: “Say it loud, say it clear, racists are not welcome here,” The Seattle Times reported.
The rally remained peaceful for about 75 minutes. But then police in riot gear struggled to keep the sides separated, using their bikes as barriers — and pepper spray — as the protesters began to clash.
We contend that any reasonable person reading to this point would find it difficult to discern who attacked whom. Yet HuffPost included an embedded video on its story page that clearly demonstrated it was ANTIFA-mask clad radical leftist who were attacking the peaceful demonstration, and even “clashed” with police:

HuffPost buried this falsehood riddled story beyond its front page
HuffPost’s “story” page claims it published this story at 1:22am on February 11:
A search of the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive) of HuffPost’s front page at 10:50am and 1:39pm and 5:45pm EST on February 11, 2018, reveals that it never put this story on its front page:
One day earlier, HuffPost employed this malicious reversal-of-roles deception, in its “coverage” of Israel’s efforts to defend itself against Syrian-Iranian threats
On a side note, this reversal-of-attackers-and-defenders is exactly the same malicious model HuffPost employs when Israel is attacked, and is forced to defend itself. Among the more than sixty case studies on this page of HuffPost’s anti-Semitic bias and incitement, it did this very thing the day before, February 10, when an Iranian drone entered Israeli airspace from Syria, and was shot down — yet HuffPost depicted the incident as Israel attacking Syria without cause. See our case study here:
(3.62) BIAS AND INCITEMENT: HuffPost falsely depicted Israel as the aggressor in a cross-border shooting incident, in which an Iranian military drone invaded its air space, which it shot down — long after it was known that Israel was responding to a threat, not creating one
(1.22) February 2018: HuffPost completely ignored a “journalist,” and later, the publication for which he works, who claimed American college professors should murder their conservatives students, by “hold[ing] their heads underwater til they stop breathing”
On February 8 and 9, 2018, Campus Reform and Fox News reported the following:
Liberal Journalist Jokes That Professors Should Drown Conservative Students; ‘Hold their heads underwater til they stop breathing,‘ Fox News, February 9, 2018. Excerpt:
Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was met with a harsh response on Twitter when he called out professors on college campuses for retaliating against students who espouse right-wing viewpoints.
Kirk tweeted that he gets “countless” messages from students claiming “professors are lowering their grades & penalizing them for being conservative.”
I get countless of messages from students who say professors are lowering their grades & penalizing them for being conservative
Leftists dominating higher education represent a grave threat to our country & culture
Conservative students shouldn’t be targeted for disagreeing
— Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11) February 7, 2018
The message triggered an over-the-top response from a liberal journalist. Jesse Farrar, formerly of Deadspin and Vice, tweeted that professors should instead “hold the conservative students heads under water until they stop breathing.”
Kirk responded: “I’m sure he is joking, but imagine if conservatives made a joke like that against liberals?”
“I am not joking,” Farrar wrote back, later deleting the tweet.
When contacted about the tweet, Deadspin’s editor wrote that Farrar was joking and said the organization “supports his stance of trolling white supremacist-minded” groups.
Campus Reform’s article provides fuller context:
The comedy writer [Farrar] also retweeted a statement from a deputy editor of Deadspin, Barry Petchesky, who came to his defense when responding an email related to Farrar’s tweet.
“While Farrar no longer writes regularly for Deadspin, we as an organization do support his stance of trolling white supremacist-supported and associated organizations like Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA,” Petchesky said in the statement.

(1.23) February 2018, South Philadelphia, PA: HuffPost completely ignored a white boy who was chronically harassed by black students at his school, then, after he reported it, woke up to find racist death threats painted on his family’s home
From the CBS affiliate in Philadelphia, PA:
EXCLUSIVE: Boy Bullied At School Wakes Up To Racist Graffiti On Home, by By Joe Holden, CBS Philly, February 21, 2018. Excerpt:
Joey Messina is soft-spoken. A first honors student at Mastery Charter Thomas Campus, the 12-year-old loves baseball, but Joey can’t shake the troublemakers at school.
“They don’t like me, they never did,” he says.
Overnight, this seventh-grader’s schoolyard differences followed him home, spray-painted for all to see on his South Philadelphia home where he lives with his parents and two younger siblings.
The threatening racially-charged words cut deep. “I turned around and just went, ‘Oh my God.’ I called him and said, ‘Hurry up, get out here and look at this,’” Margaux Messina, Joey’s mom, said. […]
Joey’s mom and dad say their son was targeted because of his race. The family is white.
They have police reports documenting a 6-on-1 school hallway attack that happened three weeks ago.
“And then they all started coming in and punching my back, I was covering my face,” the younger Messina said.
The Messinas accuse staff at Mastery Charter Thomas Campus of looking the other way.
“They let them run that school. It’s a shame to say, they really do,” Margaux Messina said. “They don’t care about the gangs in there, they deny that when there really is.”

Minneapolis police say no arrests have been made after a student carrying a flag with the word “Trump” on it was assaulted outside of Southwest High School.
Police say the altercation happened while students were outside of the building during National School Walkout Day Wednesday morning.
As students were observing a moment of silence, two students confronted the flag-bearing student across the street from campus.
Six other students joined in the confrontation, taking away his flag, damaging his camera and inflicting minor injuries.
(1.25) March 2018, Virginia Beach, VA: HuffPost completely ignored news that a man was arrested for threatening to murder a Congressman and two of his staffers
Congressman Scott Taylor (R-VA-2) is a freshman representative from Virginia Beach area. Taylor, a Republican, is a former Navy SEAL, who was severely injured while serving his second tour, in Iraq, as a sniper.
On March 23, 2018, Politico reported:
Man arrested for threatening to murder Virginia congressman, by Kyle Cheney, Politico, March 23, 2018. Excerpt:
A Virginia Beach man was charged Friday with threatening to murder his local congressman, Rep. Scott Taylor (R-Va.), the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia announced Friday.
According to court documents, Wallace Grove Godwin, 69, visited Taylor’s office on Thursday and threatened to shoot him and two staffers at a Saturday event. The dispute arose, according to the District Attorney’s office, over a discussion about marijuana policy.
“Scott is having an event this Saturday. I am going to get my shotgun and do something about this. I will just handle this myself,” Godwin allegedly said to a Taylor staffer. He then pointed to two staffers in the room and said, “You two are next,” authorities said.
Gowdin is expected to appear in a federal courthouse in Norfolk, Va. on Friday afternoon. The maximum penalty for threatening a member of Congress is 10 years in prison.

On January 23, 2018, the American Mirror reported:
Womens Marcher threatens to kill Trump, Pence: ‘It’s guillotine time, b*tches!’, by Kyle Olson, The American Mirror, January 23, 2018. Excerpt:
Austen Fletcher, purveyor of Fleccas Talks, hit the streets of Los Angeles to better understand why the women marching were so triggered by Donald Trump.
While many Women Marchers struggled to explain why they dislike Trump so much, one person issued a direct, crystal clear death threat against Trump and Vice President Pence.
While sitting on the curb, the frumpy, purple-haired human identifying as a woman told Fletcher her sign said, “Kill Donald Trump, Kill Mike Pence. It’s guillotine time, bitches!”
When asked what her sign meant, she said, “I think that we should kill Donald Trump,” as she and her friends laughed. “And I think we should also kill Mike Pence because I wouldn’t want him in office, either.”
She said she objected to people “making money off the struggles of women and, like, women of color, and like, people of color in this country.”
She went on to say she wants a “communist utopia,” but conceded “that’s pretty hard to do.”

(2.29) February 2018, New York, NY: HuffPost whitewashed a terrorist threat against the family of Donald Trump, Jr.
On February 12, 2018, Reuters reported:
Suspicious package scare hospitalizes Trump Jr.’s wife: police, by Jonathan Allen and Peter Szekely, Reuters, February 12, 2018. Excerpt:
Vanessa Trump, the wife of Donald Trump Jr., and two other people were taken to a New York hospital on Monday after she opened a piece of mail containing an unidentified white powder that was later determined to be non-hazardous, officials said.
“The substance had arrived by mail and it was addressed to Donald Trump Jr.,” said New York Police Department spokesman Carlos Nieves.
Vanessa Trump, the daughter-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump, was hospitalized after she complained of nausea following her exposure, New York officials said.
Three patients from the household were transported to the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center for further evaluation, said Fire Department spokeswoman Sophia Kim.
ABC News also accurately reported the incident — and said police determined that the letter “contained a note indicating the sender was angry,” further indicating that this was a terrorist threat:
Donald Trump Jr.’s wife taken to hospital after getting letter with white powder, police say, by Aaron Katersky and Bill Hutchinson, ABC News, Feb 12, 2018. Excerpt:
Donald Trump Jr.’s wife was taken to a hospital in New York City today after opening a package at her home that contained an unknown white powder, according to authorities.
Vanessa Trump, 40, was examined at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center as a precaution, police said.
The suspicious letter was sent to Trump Jr.’s apartment in Manhattan this morning, police said. Emergency medical services, firefighters and police were called to the apartment just after 10 a.m. after Vanessa Trump opened the letter, police said.
The letter had a Boston postmark and was addressed Trump Jr., a source told ABC News. It contained a note indicating the sender was angry, said the source, who did not elaborate.
Vanessa Trump and two other people at the apartment were decontaminated by firefighters at the scene before being taken to the hospital, according to police.
HuffPost published the Reuters story — but rewrote its headline to indicate Mrs. Trump simply came across some unknown white powder
Here, however, is how HuffPost depicted the story:
“Donald Trump Jr.’s Wife Hospitalized After Being Exposed To White Powder”
Was Mrs. Trump just “exposed to a white powder,” while cleaning out her kitchen cabinets? While reviewing an old family photo album? No — and HuffPost knew it. But it chose to ignore all those facts, and instead, to falsely depict this as a dep.
Clicking on that headline brought the reader to this story page — notice that it appears to be sponsored by Esurance (more below):
Note that this story was the Reuters wire version (see left red arrow) — but note how HuffPost completely rewrote the headline, from:
Suspicious package scare hospitalizes Trump Jr.’s wife: police, by Jonathan Allen and Peter Szekely, Reuters, February 12, 2018.
to

Key questions
The following are some of the relevant questions that we believe should be asked, given the above evidence:
(1) Why did HuffPost’s management rewrite the headline of this story, to remove the terroristic element?
(2) Why did HuffPost’s management ignore the discovery that the letter containing the powder indicated “the sender was angry”?
(3) Why did HuffPost not write one original word about this story (aside from the headline) — and instead run a wire story?
(4) Why did HuffPost not devote the kind of outrage it did when a Palestinian filmmaker was detained at Los Angeles International Airport for 60 minutes? (link)
(5) Did HuffPost do all these things because it spends so much time whipping up hatred against the Trumps, and legitimizing violence against anyone who supports them, often based on lies and egregious distortions? See this short video (4 minutes) by SaveTheWest, documenting this fact:
Only HuffPost’s management can answer those questions. Here is how to reach them.
And these questions beg one more:

(2.30) March 2018, HuffPost buried the news of, and whitewashed the political orientation of the radical leftist who was arrested for a terrorist threat against the family of Donald Trump, Jr.
Continued from Case Study 2.29
On March 1, 2018, news broke that the FBI arrested a radical leftist for mailing packages containing a white powder to the family of Donald Trump, Jr. and other Republicans across America:
Suspect in ‘white powder’ letter to Trump Jr. donated to Dems, posted anti-Trump rants on Facebook, by Lukas Mikelionis, Fox New, March 1, 2018. Excerpt:
The Massachusetts man who allegedly mailed a white powder to Donald Trump Jr. has previously donated to a Democratic political action committee and shared anti-Trump posts on social media, including comparing President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.
Daniel Frisiello, 24, was arrested Thursday after authorities tracked him down following the examination of a “glitter bomb” letter sent to Stanford University law professor Michele Dauber. Investigators matched the text font from the letter to other threats sent to those seen on the letters of the white-powder envelopes.
Authorities said the letter included a threatening note that read: “You are an awful, awful person. I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV. You the family idiot. Eric looks smart.”
Trump Jr.’s wife, Vanessa Trump, opened the letter in the couple’s New York City apartment Feb. 12 and reported feeling nauseous and coughing. President Trump’s daughter-in-law and two other people were taken to a hospital in the incident.
The letter was postmarked in Boston on Feb. 7, had an American flag stamp and no return address. The powder was ultimately determined to be corn starch, the Associated Press reported. […]
Frisiello’s Facebook account and other public information suggest strong hostility toward the Trump family and Republicans and sympathy toward Democratic causes, prompting him to even donate despite being reportedly unemployed.
In April 2016, he contributed $75 to ActBlue, a political action committee that works to raise money online for Democratic candidates and committees, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). The address on the contribution matches Frisiello’s home address. The donation lists him as “not employed.”
On social media, the man – registered as a Democrat – compared President Trump, whom he also branded as the “Dark Lord, at least twice to Adolf Hitler, sharing photos from hyper-partisan left-wing Facebook pages. In another instance, he called Trump an “Adolf Hitler wannabe.”
Another shared photo shows a Ku Klux Klan rally in Washington, D.C., in the 1920s, but is captioned “a sneak peek of Trump’s inauguration.”
Frisiello’s Facebook page is located here:
https://www.facebook.com/dfrisiello/
Curiously, among the other media organizations that Frisiello “liked” on his Facebook page, are three from HuffPost:
HuffPost
HuffPost Politics (screencap)
HuffPost Live (its video “news”; screencap)
HuffPost’s search engine proves that while it published one initial account of the arrest of Frisiello, it never put it on its front page, and never supplemented it to include any of the details regarding his affiliations with radical leftist causes — or the fact that he “liked” three of its sites
A March 3, 2018 search using the string “Daniel Frisiello” returned one result:
Clicking on that link brought the reader to this story page — which shows HuffPost published it at 2:02 on March 1, 2018, and never updated it:
Below is the story page; note that it is a Reuters wire story, produced soon after the arrest, but it did indicate how serious the charges were against Frisiello. Note also:
- That HuffPost inserted the sub-headline, “The substance Daniel Frisiello, 24, allegedly sent last month was harmless,” which was not included in the Reuters wire story headline
- That HuffPost chose to omit the picture of Frisiello that Reuters included in its wire story
Massachusetts Man Charged For Sending White Powder To Don Trump Jr.; The substance Daniel Frisiello, 24, allegedly sent last month was harmless, by Nate Raymond, Reuters (via HuffPost), March 1, 2018, 2:02pm EST. Excerpt:
Federal prosecutors in Boston on Thursday charged a Massachusetts man with sending a series of threatening letters containing a suspicious powder, including one addressed to U.S. President Donald Trump’s eldest son.
