II: DEBUNKING THE LIES

III: WHO BENEFITS FROM THE SPREAD OF THESE LIES?

I: INTRODUCTION

On Saturday, October 20, 2018, former Vice President Joe Biden publicly repeated a lie to which the American people have been subjected since May 2018, falsely claiming that President Trump referred to “immigrants” as “animals”:

This lie was thoroughly debunked five months ago, in May, when as the video showed, Trump was specifically reacting and referring to accounts of murderous atrocities committed by illegal aliens with the MS-13 street gang — not “immigrants.” The added insult of Biden’s lie was his use of the word “immigrants”  to describe criminal  illegal aliens.  In reality, the word “immigrant” refers to people who applied for, and passed all our screening procedures, paid the processing fees, and were eventually granted legal citizenship or residency. It does not apply to those who broke into our country (in some cases five or more times), and committed horrific crimes. More on that in a moment.

But as Biden’s full speech showed, building on lie about Trump’s “animals” comment, the former Vice President then claimed that anyone who supports Trump’s policies are based on Nazi-like racism, xenophobia and bigotry, as are anyone who supports him, and all are “shredding American values.”

This latest fusillade of lies by Biden lie was not an isolated incident, nor was it the first time the self-proclaimed national “news” media let him, and other Democrats, get away with such incendiary falsehoods.

Rather, as this report documents, top Democrats have been

Since mid-May 2018, Americans have been subjected to a nonstop, escalating series of shocking allegations and pictures about the situation at the U.S. southern border, and our law enforcement agencies.

These allegations generally center around five key themes — that as a result of unlawful actions by President Trump:

(1) U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) agents began keeping “immigrants” in congested cages

(2) CBP agents began forcibly separating the children of “immigrants” from their parents

(3) Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents began “terrorizing immigrants” in cities across America

(4) All of these acts are direct violations of U.S. law, as (allegedly) inscribed at the base of the Statue of Liberty: “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free…”

(5) In perpetrating all these acts, the U.S. under Trump is becoming a fascist state, in which the brute force of armed government agents is being used to terrorize and oppress minority populations

The obvious lie-based hate aside, note the “Make America Mexico Again” shirt at right.

In addition to the nonstop flooding of these and related allegations (and especially the pictures) onto our TV screens, laptops, tablets and phones since mid-May, they have been spread throughout the world. Now, everyone from foreign heads of state to preteen children of domestic activists are chiming in with their condemnations of what they’ve become convinced are Trump’s border control, immigration and law enforcement policies.

All these allegations coalesced into calls from leftist activists, along with mainstream and far-left Democrats, for ICE to be abolished — and in some cases, for Trump to be arrested and prosecuted for treason, because of his intent to turn America into the new Nazi state.

And yet, every one of the aforementioned allegations is a provable lie — or is, at a minimum, grossly decontextalized.

“A half-truth is a whole lie.”

II: DEBUNKING THE LIES

Click the link at left on each item to see the evidence that exposes the reality behind each of these lies.

Lie #1: Under President Trump, U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) agents began keeping “immigrants” in congested cages

Lie #2: Under President Trump, CBP agents began forcibly separating illegal aliens who penetrate U.S. borders from the children who are accompanying them

Lie #3: Under President Trump, ICE  agents began “terrorizing immigrants” in cities across America

Lie #1: Under President Trump, U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) agents began keeping “immigrants” in congested cages

This is a lie that was proven by no less than the leaders of the Democratic Party, and a lawsuit filed against President Obama on June 8, 2015 by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), a far-left civic organization), as part of a consortium with other advocacy groups. The suit alleged that from 2009-2014, his administration kept illegal aliens who broke into America in congested cages, and provided dozens of photographs to support its claims.  Here are some articles, videos and photographs detailing what was known about the U.S. Border Patrol facilities, policies and Obama’s policies, from 2009-2014.

MAY 2018: The beginning: Former speechwriter/propagandist Jon Favreau posted a Tweet containing a picture of an illegal alien child in a cage — which he alleged is “happening right now.” It went viral. In reality, it was taken in 2014 — under Obama.

On May 27, 2o18, former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau Tweeted the following image, alleging “This is happening right now.” It soon went viral, and was re-Tweeted by notorious far-left propagandists Linda Sarsour, Shaun King and even the NY Times:

A little sleuthing by conservative bloggers revealed that the picture was actually from 2014 — and was clearly labeled as such by the Arizona Republic, which originally published it, and to which the link at the bottom of the photo led.  Favreau and the NY Times later apologized, but the damage had already been done.  Sarsour’s and King’s re-Tweets, however, was still posted as of July 8, 2018 — long after informed Americans notified them in comments that the photo was from 2014:

JUNE 2014: Nancy Pelosi acknowledged the exact same illegal alien detention conditions for which Favreau, she and others were criticizing President Trump — in 2018.

On June 28, 2014, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) personally toured a CBP facility in Brownsville, TX,  where she witnessed innumerable children and adults crammed into cages — but urged that the situation not be politicized.

Upon emerging from the facility, Pelosi said the following (video here):

♦ “While some may have tried to politicize it… why don’t we just put all that aside and talk about what we’re going to do to help these children and families?”

♦ “We’re here to thank the Border Patrol. We think they’re doing the best they can under the circumstances.”

♦ “It’s not a crisis, it’s an opportunity”

The red lines in the images below indicate the time markers that these scenes appear in the video:

JUNE 2015: The ACLU filed a massive lawsuit against the Obama administration regarding the conditions in which illegal aliens were being held from 2009-2014 — replete with hundreds of pictures as evidence.  The Democratic Party an the national “news” media essentially ignored it.

Here is a sampling of links describing the lawsuit, many of which contain pictures to support the ACLU’s claims:

Challenging Unconstitutional Conditions in CBP Detention Facilities; Doe v. Johnson, No. 15-00250 (D. Ariz.), filed June 8, 2015. Excerpt:

“Detained individuals are stripped of outer layers of clothing and forced to suffer in brutally cold temperatures; deprived of beds, bedding, and sleep; denied adequate food, water, medicine and medical care, and basic sanitation and hygiene items such as soap, sufficient toilet paper, sanitary napkins, diapers, and showers; and held virtually incommunicado in these conditions for days.”

ACLU Obtains Documents Showing Widespread Abuse of Child Immigrants in U.S. Custody, May 22, 2018. Excerpt:

“The report is based on over 30,000 pages of documents dated between 2009 and 2014.”

Photos of border detention facilities from the Obama-era, taken during 2014, look nearly identical to the ones taken during the Trump era.  You never see them, however. Here they are, taken in 2014 during a media tour of Obama-era detention facilities in Brownsville, Texas, and Nogales, Arizona.

Lawsuit Photos Reveal Inhumane Conditions For Migrant Children Held At Obama Detainment Facility, by Benny Johnson, Daily Caller, June 21, 2018. Excerpt:

While the most scathing critiques in the debate are directed at the Trump administration, much about the Obama detainment practices mirrored — almost exactly — the practices for which Trump is currently being criticized.

Lost in the debate is any acknowledgment that President Obama’s administration also used detention facilities, kept immigrant adults and children in cages, separated families, prosecuted hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants and deported millions more.

Note the date at upper left: August 19, 2015.

And yet, from 2014 to mid-May 2018, even though the national MSM, the ACLU, and leaders of the Democratic Party knew exactly what was occurring at the U.S.-Mexico border under President Obama, they did nothing more than made occasional, subdued efforts to comment on it.  As a result, the American people were almost completely unaware of these pictures, videos and substantive allegations.

That is, until May-June 2018, when these parties and allied groups engaged in an orchestrated,  quickly-escalating pandemonium of hate, lies and deception against the American people, to cause us to falsely believe that this was all new, and the result of illegal, “fascist” orders issued by President Trump.

Why would the MSM and the Democratic Party keep all these pictures and information from the American people until May 2018 — then try to fraudulently blame it all on President Trump?

Lie #2: Under President Trump, CBP agents began forcibly separating illegal aliens who penetrate U.S. borders from the children who are accompanying them

Background

When an American citizen or legal resident alien commits a crime for which the penalty is arrest, and possible incarceration, they are separated from their children. Their children do not accompany them to jail or prison, and the fact that they have children does not prevent bank robbers, home invaders or those who perpetrate other crimes from being sent to jail.

This is not a controversial practice.  It is enforced in every civilized (and uncivilized) nation throughout the world.  The easiest means to ensure you are not separated from your children as a result of an arrest, is to not commit a crime for which the police will arrest you.

This basic principle is now being upended, however, under a torrent of lies and propaganda, being spread like wildfire by our national MSM, leftist activist groups and others.

There is a 100% assured method for citizens of other nations to not be separated from their children: Follow America’s laws and procedures

If you wish to visit a neighbor’s home, you knock, and ask for permission to enter.  It is irrational to expect that if you break down the door and force your way in, that there will be no negative consequences for your actions.

Similarly, if you wish to visit or relocate to another nation, particularly America, it is irrational to break in, then expect to be immune from the punishments and consequences from having done so.

If residents of another nation wish to visit or emigrate to America, or apply for asylum, there are numerous designated border crossing areas and U.S. embassies at which they can do either.  And in neither case will they be separated from the children with whom they are traveling.  (Unless CBP agents have reason to suspect that the adult is unrelated to the children, and may be involved in the notorious Mexican child sex trafficking rings; details here.)

If you break into someone else’s home (or homeland), there are consequences — including you being prosecuted and imprisoned, without your children

If, however, you choose to break into America, you already know that you may be arrested — and if you are prosecuted, and sent to prison, especially if you were previously deported, then you know you’ll be separated from your children.  Again, this is not a controversial issue — except to leftist subversives, and the national MSM which enables and legitimizes their arguments.  In sum, they believe that no one who crosses the U.S. border, legally or illegally, should be detained, questioned, sent to jail or separated from any children who are accompanying them.  They believe America should have no borders, no walls, no immigration procedures whatsoever, and that to in any way interfere with people from other nations who want to come to America is “racist,” “bigotry,” “fascist,” etc.

The climax of these basic principles being rejected: An escalating process of anti-American propaganda, protests and subversion

The propaganda inferno that began in mid-May 2018 began when President Trump announced that he was implementing a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal aliens who break into America; meaning, he was going to enforce the laws that Congress passed, and previous presidents signed, to their fullest extent — or, that the courts have ruled are the required policies dealing with illegal aliens and their children.

Trump instituted no new laws or procedures.

Yet the extreme leftists in America, in conjunction with a number of other anti-American subversive groups, began claiming that this enforcement was entirely new under Trump, was illegal, immoral and “fascist.”

Notice the “ICE ARE MURDERERS” sign at right. Curiously, these groups have nothing to say about the grisly mass-murder and -rape campaigns employed by illegal aliens with MS-13 — but here, condemn the one American law enforcement agency that is tasked with locating, arresting, prosecuting and deporting them.

Further, many in these subversive groups openly advocate for no American borders whatsoever, and the release of all illegal alien detainees:

And from the radical International Socialist Organization, articulating the basic principle championed by all variants of the far-left in America:

Did child separations really begin under President Trump? No.

Returning now to President Trump, numerous forms of proof exist that the CBP’s separating illegal aliens from the children with whom they were traveling occurred under Obama and previous presidents, as well, because it was (and remains) part of our laws.  Furthermore, as we saw in Lie #1, it was under Obama that children were kept in cage-like environments — yet the national MSM never raised a fuss about it, until mid-May 2018.

Here is a sampling of authoritative reports that document these facts:

Who’s Responsible for Separating Alien Kids From Their Parents? Many People, but Not Trump, by Hans A. von Spakovsky, Election Law Reform Initiative and Senior Legal Fellow, Heritage Foundation, June 22, 2018.

The Truth about Separating Kids, by Rich Lowry, National Review, May 28, 2018.

Trump admin ran ‘pilot program’ for separating migrant families in 2017, by Lisa Riordan Seville and Hannah Rappleye, NBC News, June 29, 2018. Excerpt:

More than 1,000 children were separated between October 2016 and September 2017, and 703 were separated between October 2017 and February 2018, according to DHS.

Here is a video from the Daily Caller that explains these issues:

So why did the national MSM, the Democratic Party and certain leftist activist groups only come together in May-June 2018, as if all playing roles in a well-rehearsed orchestra, to deceive the American people into believing that the process of separating the children who were traveling with illegal aliens was something completely new and illegal, another result of “fascist” orders issued by President Trump?

Why would they perpetrate such an easily-disproved assault on reality, and the American people?

Addendum: Canada also has a long history of separating illegal aliens and the children who accompany them

Canada also detains migrant children, sometimes for months at a time, by Benjamin Shingler, CBCNews, June 20, 2018.

Lie #3: Under President Trump, ICE  agents began “terrorizing immigrants” in cities across America

According to the Bureau of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) website, the agency was created in 2003, to “promote homeland security and public safety through the criminal and civil enforcement of federal laws governing border control, customs, trade and immigration.”  Its three primary functions are:

  • Immigration Enforcement
  • Investigating Illegal Movement of People and Goods
  • Preventing Terrorism

By definition, ICE officers do not interfere with immigrant families in America, any more than they interfere with native-born Americans — that is, unless they are suspected of engaging in or supporting terrorism, or other illegal activities, as articulated above.

In order to untangle the lies that comprise this allegation, we need to establish the terminology at its base.  Upon that basis, we can then begin approaching the facts that reveal the reality behind this lie.

(3.1) What is an “immigrant”?

(3.2) What is an “alien”?

(3.3) The dishonest campaign by leftist politicians, media organizations and activist groups to refer to illegal aliens as  “immigrants” or “undocumented migrants”

(3.4) The long history of statements by top Democrats on the necessity to enforce America’s borders and immigration laws, and to ensure that illegal aliens — including children — are promptly sent back to their home nations

(3.1) What is an “immigrant”?
At a naturalization ceremony: Legal resident aliens are taking the oath of loyalty, after which they will become American citizens.

An “immigrant” is a person who, after having completed all immigration application procedures, and paid all established fees, has been accepted for American citizenship, and has taken the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America.  The specific wording of this oath is:

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

Upon uttering that oath, the person transitions from being an “immigrant” to America, and becomes an American citizen, with all the rights and privileges of any other — except to become President or Vice-President.  (And although it is rarely used, the government can revoke the citizenship of naturalized immigrants, if certain violations are committed.)

Although for conversational purposes, one may say of themselves, “I am an immigrant to America from (nation).” They may also be referred to in similar ways by others: “She is an immigrant from (nation).”

In both instances, however, the use of the term “immigrant” is correct, because the person’s relocation from one nation to America was done legally — just as calling oneself, or being referred to as a “house guest” means that the person obtained permission from the homeowner to enter.

(3.2) What is an “alien”?

As defined under the U.S. Code, an “alien” is a citizen of another nation who is physically within America — whether legally, or illegally:

  • A “legal resident alien” is a person who applied for and received authorization from the U.S. government to reside in America, for a defined period of time, provided they abide by all laws, and within certain restrictions (such as being prohibited from owning or selling firearms).  People in this category include those on student, work and tourist visas, guest workers, and applicants for asylum, who are awaiting their legal determination.
  • Although the term “immigrant”
  • An “illegal alien” is a person who either broke into America, or refused to leave when their visa or work permit expired.  Some illegal aliens are also the children who were brought by their parents into America, but because of their parents’ actions, they are also unfortunately in the same category.

(3.3) The dishonest campaign by leftist politicians, media organizations and activist groups to refer to illegal aliens as  “immigrants” or “undocumented migrants”

Over the past twenty years [coming]

Amnesty For Illegal Immigrants Is A Slap To Legal Immigrants’ Faces, by Kenny Xu, The Federalist, July 9, 2018. Excerpt: “Why grant illegal immigrants amnesty when so many potential legal immigrants would sacrifice everything for such an opportunity, and are already waiting in line?”

(3.4) The long history of statements by top Democrats on the necessity to enforce America’s borders and immigration laws, and to ensure that illegal aliens — including children — are promptly sent back to their home nations

If a rational being from another world were able to begin observing Earth for the first time, in May 2018, he or she would conclude that President Trump instituted an unprecedented, unlawful series of policies to prevent illegal aliens from entering America, and to swiftly return them to their nations of origin.  This impression would be particularly strong if such a being only observed the “news” media that targets young people, which depict Trump as a “fascist,” a “Nazi,” a “racist,” and a “dictator.”

The reality, however, is that (a) all Trump has done is order that existing laws, passed by Congress, be enforced, and (b) senior Democratic Party political figures have been making almost identical statements as Trump, since 1994.  Further, significant swaths of mainstream Democrats in Congress have voted in the past to construct a 700 mile physical barrier along America’s southern border, to prevent illegal aliens from entering America.

Below is a sampling of the many statements made by these and other top Democrats — most of whom are now vilifying President Trump for statements that sound almost exactly like those of leaders of their own party.

1994: Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), explicitly advocating for strong US border protection and enforcement of immigration laws, and denouncing the costs and crimes caused by illegal aliens

Consider Feinstein’s words — and the fact that she got elected and re-elected on this platform:

“I think we can enforce our borders. I think we should enforce our borders. To have a situation where 40 percent of the babies born on Medicaid in California today are born of illegal immigrants creates a very real problem for the state which is in deficit … to have 17 percent of our prison population at a cost of $300 million a year be illegal immigrants who come here and commit felonies – that’s not what this nation is all about.”

1996: President Bill Clinton, articulating the need for strong border protection against illegal aliens, and laws against any business that employs them

If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of President Trump?

“There are some areas that the federal government should not leave and should address and address strongly. One of these areas is the problem of illegal immigration. After years of neglect, this administration has taken a strong stand to stiffen the protection of our borders. We are increasing border controls by 50 percent. We are increasing inspections to prevent the hiring of illegal immigrants. And tonight, I announce I will sign an executive order to deny federal contracts to businesses that hire illegal immigrants.

“Let me be very clear about this: We are still a nation of immigrants; we should be proud of it. We should honor every legal immigrant here, working hard to become a new citizen. But we are also a nation of laws.”

2005: Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) on the cost of illegal aliens, the cultural resentment their open-borders rallies cause, and the urgent need to protect America via a strong border wall

If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of President Trump?

“We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked and circumventing the line of people who are waiting patiently, diligently and lawfully to become immigrants in this country.”

https://youtu.be/jFv_v16Orqw

2006: Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) supporting the construction of physical barrier to prevent illegal aliens from entering America

If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of President Trump?

“The bill before us will certainly do some good. It will authorize some badly needed funding for better fences and better security along our borders and that should help stem some of the tide of illegal immigration in this country.”

2006: Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) wrote in his book about his resentment over support for illegal Mexican aliens in America, and the economic impact on our economy

From The Audacity of Hope:, as reported by the Daily Caller (with audio). If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of President Trump?

“When I see Mexican flags waved at pro-immigration demonstrations, I sometimes feel a flush of patriotic resentment. When I’m forced to use a translator to communicate with the guy fixing my car, I feel a certain frustration. […]

“[T]his huge influx of mostly low-skill workers… threatens to depress further the wages of blue-collar Americans and put strains on an already overburdened safety net [welfare system].”

“[T]here’s no denying that many blacks share the same anxieties as many whites about the wave of illegal immigration flooding our Southern border—a sense that what’s happening now is fundamentally different from what has gone on before.”

2006: Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), in support of a physical barrier to prevent illegal aliens from entering America

If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of a Republican?

“I don’t oppose building a fence where you need to do it where the border is porous. I just don’t have a problem with that.”

2014: Sec. Hillary Clinton claimed that illegal alien children should be sent back to their nation of origin — and America’s borders be secured

In an ultimate irony, four years later she is condemning President Trump for saying effectively the exact same things that she did, on June 17, 2014.  If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of President Trump?

They [illegal alien children] should be sent back as soon as it can be determined who the responsible adults in their families are. There are concerns about whether all of them can be sent back, but I think all of them who can be should be reunited with their families [in their native countries]. […]

We have to do more to deal with the violence in this region, to deal with border security, but we have to send a clear message that just because your child gets across the border that doesn’t mean the child gets to stay. We don’t want to send a message that is contrary to our laws or that will encourage more children to take that dangerous journey.

https://youtu.be/LtTb1QQpjqM

2014: President Obama advised parents in Mexico and Central America to not send their children to the U.S. border; “They will be sent back”

Starting in late 2012-early 2013, Obama began using U.S. taxpayer money to advertise to Central Americans and Mexicans that America’s welfare agencies are prohibited from asking about residency status or national origin. Yet on June 26, 2014, he said this on ABC News:

“Our message absolutely is don’t send your children unaccompanied, on trains or through a bunch of smugglers.  We don’t even know how many of these kids don’t make it, and may have been waylaid into sex trafficking or killed because they fell off a train. Do not send your children to the [U.S.] borders.  If they do make it [to the U.S. border], they’ll get sent back.”

https://youtu.be/C5Ifko9njDQ

2015: Sec. Hillary Clinton said she supports building a physical barrier to prevent the influx of illegal aliens into America

If you saw only these words, today, and were asked who said them, would you not think they came from the mouth of a Republican?

“I voted numerous times when I was a Senator to spend money to build a barrier to try to prevent illegal immigrants from coming in and I do think you have to control your borders.”

Conclusion

How many Americans are aware of the data contained in this section, and these quotes by top Democrats — many of whom are now crucifying President Trump for making almost identical statements?

And how much would this knowledge affect the hysteria now sweeping America, and “social justice” groups, who have come to falsely believe that President Trump is enacting immoral, illegal instructions to ICE, CBP and other federal agencies, to “terrorize immigrants”?

Until these facts, and these questions, are presented to the American people, it will be impossible to extricate ourselves from the quagmire of lies, hate and violence that their absence has caused.

III: WHO BENEFITS FROM THE SPREAD OF THESE LIES?

How were so many lies manufactured and spread so quickly, over most of the world’s surface?

It’s a good question, but requires a separate discussion, as it involves innumerable actors, moving parts and techniques. A good primer on this labyrinth of lie-masters can be found in Sharyl Attkisson’s superb recent book, The Smear: How Shady Political Operatives and Fake News Control What You See, What You Think, and How You Vote. See a 2018 speech by Attkisson about the basic elements of how a mass-distributed lie come together, beyond the view of the public to which it is targeted, here.

The mechanics of manufacturing and spreading so many lies about the US border situation & ICE agents aside, there is another key question that must be asked: Who benefits from these lies?

A football analogy

Before we consider this question, it is helpful to draw an analogy to football. The objective of the game is to score as many points by getting the ball into the opposing team’s end zone. To achieve this, the quarterback often throws the ball to the receiver (or running back), who attempts to run it into the end zone. The players who run alongside the receivers, and protect them from being tackled by opposing team members, are called offensive guards.

Offensive guard #54 is preventing #30 from tackling the receiver.

Returning now to America’s border situation, those who manufacture and/or help spread the lies concerning it can be considered “offensive guards.”

But who are they guarding? Or, put another way, who are the beneficiaries of what they are preventing the American public from knowing about?

Here are a few of the well-documented beneficiaries:

(1) Repeatedly-deported criminal illegal aliens

(2) Democratic political figures who are suspected of engaging in illegal behavior

(3) Islamist terrorist organizations (Hezbollah, ISIS, Al Qaeda, others)

(4) Domestic terrorists (ANTIFA)

(5) Central & South American child sex traffickers

(6) Anti-American activist groups (RevCom, CPUSA etc.)

(1) Repeatedly-deported criminal illegal aliens
Kate Steinle, 32, murdered by a repeatedly-deported criminal illegal alien, who’d been protected by San Francisco’s “sanctuary city” policies.

Prior to the murder of Kate Steinle, most Americans who consume news from mainstream national sources were unaware of the extent to which illegal aliens who’d been deported one, two, five or more times were able to come right back into the U.S., after which they committed horrific crime.  What made the Steinle case particularly outrageous was the fact that ICE had repeatedly tried to deport the perpetrator, but San Francisco refused to cooperate, due to its “sanctuary city” policies.

Almost without exception, only local coverage these crimes received was by local news sources.  As proof, here are but a few of such cases — almost none of which were reported by national “news” organizations outside of Fox News:

Police: Long Island man charged in sex assault of toddler, 2 stabbings was deported 4 times, by ABC7News (NY), March 23, 2017.

Man deported 20 times sentenced to 35 years for Portland sex assault; ICE says in 2016 they asked to be notified when Sergio Martinez, who has been deported 20 times, would be released from the Multnomah County Jail but the jail did not inform them, by KGW8News (OR), December 1, 2017.

Driver Who Killed 6-Year-Old Girl Deported Twice, Arrested for Previous DUI; “She had this beautiful laugh. I still hear it in my head every day, by Vikki Vargas, NBC Los Angeles, February 26, 2018.

Grace Aguilar, 6, killed by a repeatedly-deported illegal alien

20-Time Deported Illegal Immigrant Convicted Of Sexual Assault, Sodomy Tells Victims’ Families He’ll See Them ‘In Hell’; Released from a jail in “sanctuary state” Oregon a week before his rampage, by Amanda Prestigiacomo, Daily Wire, December 4, 2017.

Twice-deported illegal immigrant accused of raping young girl in Oregon, By Ryan Gaydos, Fox News, March 27, 2018.

Mexican illegal immigrant who was deported 16 years ago ‘snuck back into the US and raped a sleeping nine-year-old girl’, by Gareth Davies, Daily Mail (UK), April 25, 2017.

Driver in suspected DUI hit-and-run crash that severely injured a 6-year-old boy returning from Disneyland has been deported fifteen times, by Snejana Farberov, Daily Mail (UK), May 10, 2017.

A suspect in a drunken-driving hit-and-run accident in California that sent a 6-year-old boy to the hospital with severe head trauma over the weekend was an illegal immigrant with a criminal history who has been deported from the US at least 15 times.

Constantino Banda-Acosta, 38, has been arrested and charged with DUI resulting in bodily injury, hit-and-run with an injury – both felonies – and a misdemeanor driving without a license in connection to a crash that took place in San Ysidro Saturday night.

According to police, Banda-Acosta was driving his Chevy Silverado pickup truck at a high rate of speed on Camino de La Plaza at around 11.30pm when he blew past a stop sign at Dairy Mart Road and smashed into a Honda Accord carrying the Lake family, who were returning home from a trip to Disneyland.

ICE and CBP officers are the first line of defense against repeatedly-deported criminal illegal aliens.  They often must try to do this against the obstructions erected by cities that enact “sanctuary” policies, which place them — and us — in further danger.

The bottom line: The more lies that are told about our ICE and CBP officers, and the national executive leadership to whom they report, the easier it is for repeatedly-deported criminal illegal aliens to re-enter America, and to continue their crime sprees.  And the so-called “news” organizations that enable and spread these lies, and protect those who manufacture them from being held to account, the worse the situation is for our ICE and CBP officers, and for us.

Russian subversives

Unfortunately, America’s national MSM, in conjunction with the Democratic Party and certain far-left groups, chose to depict it as if Trump had begun making laws with his pen — much like President Obama did with his executive order relating to DACA.  That, in fact, was a completely illegal act, as numerous legal scholars from across the political spectrum have pointed out.  And yet, the national MSM never raised a fuss about it, apparently because they believed Obama was doing something good, even if he violated the law to do it.
